My stay was interesting, but comfy

I lokes the fax that it was close to shopping areas and eatery, but its was also in the cut almost an ally type of vibe

I dodnt like the fax that the room was really small but it was cozy.

Very friendly stuff.

Very friendly stuff. I was a bit lost, the manager saw that I was wandering outside, looking for something, he came up to me and asked if I was looking for the hotel "Moonlight" and invited me in.

All towels had dirty stains on them. That was quite unpleasant.

The location is far enough from airport

I love the room with bath up not a big room but complete. If I can suggest to serve breakfast in your hotel

I arrived at incheon airport at 10 PM, actually I take this hotel because I thought it is near from the airport, but after I take the subway it's far enough from airport and I arrive at 01:00 in the morning and nobody to ask around bupyeong station. Thanks God I met a person who helped me to call this hotel and I'm surprised because at the GPS the hotel's name not Incheon Economic Moon Hotel but Moon Light Hotel so it's really confusing us to find actually I like the room and the hotel situation but I hope you can give us a real information about the name and the location. After all I like the room not a big room but there is a bath up...but from the picture I thought there's a massage chair in my room but not.

The staff, Jake, was very friendly and helpful.

The staff, Jake, was very friendly and helpful. He helped us booking a taxi to the airport. The another woman staff was also friendly and helpful even though she couldn't speak English. The room and bathroom are spacious. There is elevator, but a really small one. They provided free flow coffee at the lobby and also refilling the fridge everyday. The location is less than 10 minutes walk from Bupyeong Station, and surrounded by so many convenience stores and coffee shops. Before came, I did my homework with Google Streetview so I easily found the hotel using the address and landmarks.

(1) The hotel's name is a bit different in Booking.com with the one printed on the hotel's signboard. I can read Hangeul, so it was not a big problem. But I think it would be better if there is signage in English. (2) In Booking.com, Airport Transfer service was listed. But actually they don't have it. Thank God, Jake helped us booking a taxi.

It was really close to metro and good for the stay in Incheon. The price at the itself were not expensive. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. The staff was really nice and helpful as well:)

Okay for price and 1-2 day stay.

Air conditioning was cold.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Linens were stained. Tub did not have jets as pictured in room description.

가격대비 매우 만족스러운 숙소 였습니다 ! 부평역에서도 매우 가깝고 주위에 필요한것들이 다 있었어요 !! 호텔 내에도 저렴한 가격인데도 필요한것들도 다잇고 물 음료수 까지 구비되어 있었어요!

청소하실때 방청소에조금더 신경 써주셨으면 합니다 ! 2박을 묵었는데 당연히 1박후 말하지 않았는데도 청소를 해주시더라구요 ! 하지만 구지 그 가격에 2박에청소해주기보단 다른 손님이 들오기 전에 깨끗이 청소 해주셨으면 더 좋은 서비스가 되지않을까해요 같은 노력으로 !

직원분들이 친절하시고 좋았구요 주말은 조금 가격이 있지만 평일은 저렴한 가격이라 괜찮네요 주변에 식사할곳도 많고 시설도 깔끔합니다.

늦은체크인 신청하고 체인크인시 직접확인 했는데 전달이 잘안되있는지 자꾸 전화 하셔서 조금 .... 5박중 한번 룸청소 부탁했는데 침구 정리는 잘 되어있는데 바닥 청소는 ...
